- Go to Thoughts-like flakes, not in every season;no cabana can keep them forever
Liked this...sometimes they melt before you have a chance to make a memory
of them.

Yeah, it's very true. Wonder how many go out the window every day? I need to pay more attention. And they are all different, which is a good thing, I bet even in size and such. I wonder if we put all our thoughts together what kind of a book would it be?

TAPS I understand how it must be - cos oftentimes before the crystallised

Bud_Oracle, didn't think of that - that it is not the thought but its flow
that matters.

Some times for me my thoughts become a blizzard............................
I lose the ability to distinguish betweent he important and the trivial ones. Sometimes the important ones are forgotten, only to be resurrected by a similar situation in which they were created. Thoughts in my estimation have little intrinsic value except that the flow of them is reassuring. The mental machine is still fuming.

Straightforward,
For me, this says it all. I will, at times just be inundated with productive thought and other times nary a one will stir. The kicker is that if I don't do something about the ones that do arouse interest, immediately, they will be lost.
Let us appreciate, everyday, every thought and make the best of it.

like flakes flurries or storms
How one experiences thoughts depends, I think, on how one chooses to cultivate the individual mind. You mentioned the significance of time and in the modern world that is definitely an unavoidable factor as many of us tend to hurry in between obligations and rarely give much thought to the quality of our thoughts. But by making time for such practices as concentrated reading and meditation, thoughts may come as transient flakes, more fulfilling flurries, or even more spectacular downpours that actually nourish a life rather than just entertain it every now and then. Hmmmm, maybe I should have thought about presenting this answer as a separate blog...
