Sounds like you are on the right tract...
But please don't be one of the teachers that base a grade on a single evaluation. Why the hell do teachers observe everyday if they are going to base a grade on one days performance? We need more teachers like you..that make it fun for the kids.. and for the teacher.. Great job!
