Hi, Cee

Your story is just ever so great and you write it so well.  As I read, I have to wonder if you are ever able to love Jay, even though you and Mike made the decision to stop the affair and go back to your marriages.  I just feel your Mike is the only man you love, will ever love.

My heart is with you, Cee, and for Mike too.  He, too, is not where he wants to be.  God bless you both.

yes, I must keep that thought with me front and present at all times or I get too nostalgic over what never was. Thanks for the anchor,  ang!

Savor the memories and live in the now...

If we can just remember that, right?

It is a wonderful story, you wrote it so well that I could see it all!

Ah, thanks so much, passionflower!
Thanks for reading (it could be a soap) and I'll try to keep it going.  Sometimes, I remember TOO well. (and I lose it).  We graduated college in '75 and I got married in '77 and he, a year and a half later in '79. We were just not meant to be, I guess, but we both agree it would have been lovely!

Enjoying your story...

Love stories are always so good, esp the kind that involve old high school love affairs.

I really appreciate a good kisser too...
