This just twisted my stomach in knots
I hope this judge is an elected official and that the people remember him next time they are in the voting booth.

Jane's I hear you loud and clear. Is this just terrible? Thank you for
bringing that to my attention I will change it. I guess my mind would not accept this. It is 60 days not 6 months. This is a sin against every child in this country and every parent.

BrightIrish, you are so right. They will receive punishment, but in the
meantime we are to take them out of operation. I believe one reason there is so much horrific stuff going on is the lack of backbone people have against evil. It is anything goes, don't hurt so and so's feelings. Tolerance is the deception of the century. Thank you for your wise words lady.

I haven't been following the news last few days . . .

He originally gave him TWO months.  Did he change his mind and increase the penalty to SIX months?

Oh, such a brave judge for doing such a heroic and kind deed, for showing such mercy to this sick, demented man.

What's that?

Oh, you say you're more concerned about the little girl whose life was ruined?

Well, yes, but who is the real victim here?

Surely it's the man who was so sick and entrenched in his pedophelia he couldn't help himself and we really should feel sorry for him.

Huh?  Did you call me crazy?

Oh, but darling, we really must help these poor people.  Afterall, what they need is treatment, not punishment.  This poor, darling man is sick.

Oh, I'm sorry, I'm having trouble hearing you.  Was there another victim?  That little girl?  Oh, well, I'm sure she'll forget soon enough.  Surely it's not a big deal for her.

Justsouno
I fought and still fight for the laws to be changed toward child molesters. It is a long story on how I became really active but the point is that common sense has gone out the window and I firmly beleive and God states that what you do to a child you do unto Him. All we can do is fight for these precious little victims and the predators that escape justice will endure the wrath of God for their crime against His children. I also beleive the the people in power ( such as the judge) will be punished for their lack of judgement and for allowing the offenders to be able to continue with their distruction of the innocent!

food4thought you have it right. See if we could revive him after
each lethal dose and do it again and again, and again and yet again! He did. Justice granted. Good comment, thank for stopping by.

Just...
The victims are forgotten in the "main steam" flow to somehow avoid making the criminals out to be bad guys, or protecting their "rights."  James Edward Duncan wants to change the venue of his trial because Idaho threw out the insanity plea several years ago.  His lawyer whines about a "fair trial".  I would like the lawyer to say, "my client has willfully terminted 4 lives and wishes the court to extend to him the same clemency he gave his victims."  At that point, maybe, we would see criminal justice.

First, I Like the Title of This Blog

Second, I agree with you totally.  I have never agreed with criminal justice, for I feel they deserve none and there needs to be justice for the victims.  For those of us who believe in God, since man cannot handle people like that a divine intervention will come, take care of the judge and the two who victimized the young child.

It is beginning to get to be awful!!  I just heard on Headline news that a man killed his girlfriends toddler.  She was a witness for him and now after 15 years he admitted to the crime and cannot be tried again for the same crime!!  These are things that make people have little to no trust in the judicial system!!
