I agree. SOC writing?...hmmm, I'm really not sure how useful it is. I'm really not sure if i like it. I mean i think it confuses me. You know naming it that. I think cause, naming it limits it. I think it was fun the first time or two i tried it. Some things get more attention than they deserve.

I like peas too and by the looks of your picture you are a sweet one......
It's great to write in a stream of conciousness but not so great to read sometimes.
When I did my first hit of purple micro dot in the sixties I wrote something and submitted it to the teacher.
I thought that it was good but my teacher made me understand that not everyone could see the connections that I had seen unless I elaborated them in a logicial progressive way.
Writing is all about communicating and unless it is as enjoyable to read as it was to write, their needs to be some improvement. What spill words will do for you or anyone is make you a better writer because that can only be accomplished by the act of writing. So have fun but remember that the ultimate goal is having your reader climax, not yourself only. That would be called oratory masturbation.
I became very upset when a dog park friend said that she didn't need to be read to have fun writing.
What's the point of that?
