The man I have been with for the past several weeks, just all the sudden changed his habits and one the things he changed was talking and seeing me. but prior to the bed he kept telling me his job was very flexible now its not?

You really don't have to put up with crap out of guys. It's hard to find decent men, but they really do exist.
I think the most important thing in a relationship is to first feel good about yourself, and if you find out the guy you're with really doesn't respect you, dump the dude, pronto.
What do the rest of you think?
