You seem to have a far more deeper understanding of third world countries and African ones in particular. In african countries, the boundaries are superficial hence, Ihave written once that, Africa's definitive map is not yet drawn. I also agree with you that, with the introduction of real democracy and not the cosmetic one now in practice in most african, some hope might hover on the horizone. That said, democracy alone won't do the miracles,hence in my preceeding posts, I called for massive investment in Africa. God Bless you my brother.
