Haha...I have no idea what you are talking about as I used a web program that does your webpage for you...lol...this is just a rough draft...until I can find $$$ to do a more professional one.

I got it.
A bit of criticism, if I may. I like the gradient background, but if text gets too far to the right, as it does on one page, you can't read it. I'm confused though, as to why you have a mixture of CSS positioning and tables for your layout. For all your pages, you should keep the banner at the top, it keeps your site consistent. Also, to help with consistency, you should fixe your title tags so there isn't gibberish on some and ::My Homepage:: when it clearly isn't your homepage. If you need help, i can give you some pointers.
