Depends on the day I'm having.
Yesterday I felt great 'cos I got two short pieces published - today not so great 'cos the others I submitted are still being reviewed.

Hello,
I am self-confident, my life experience has taught me assertiveness, of course - I am aware of my weak points and I am trying to improve myself... Self-confidence and carefulness saved my life a few months ago. BYE.

Self- confidence
The first thing we must do to gain self-confidence, is to love ourselves, this is the key I think. Because it builds our self-esteem and help us to cope with whatever is thrown at us in this complex world.

Something to think about, brisbane_artist.
My self-confidence waxes and wanes. Usually I can fake it if I need to. LOL

I am Rather Self Confident Now...
I was not that way for a long time. I found out that my lack of self confidence came from taking in negatives from close family and friends. When I found out that they were jealous of me, I decided to think about what people said to and about me and place the truth where it belonged. That helped tremendously!!

I know that feeling Trevor
when I first started Creative Arts Therapy we had to do movement in front of every body
God that was hard at first
now I can do it but not really comfortably,

I don't think I'm very self-confident.
I feel awkward in my own body a lot of the time.
