It appears that you were able to post on Community Help recently. Would you please let us know some more details so we can understand the problem you are seeing and determine a solution.
Please let us know if you were able to view the toolbar before with formatting buttons etc. and post successfully?
Also, what operating system and web browser (please include name and version number) are you using? And, please let us know whether you have changed your browser recently before you started seeing this problem start to occur?
