I'm sure getting better/feeling better isn't going to happen overnight. . , and as it is a gradual kind of thing, you probably really can't tell the "difference". Others can, I'm sure.
btw I like to pay my auto insurance in one lump sum, too. It's just too worrisome to remember to pay it every single month!
