Can't is a "four letter word"
That's what my parents told me, so it was never used in our home. Glad you spoke up to this person. People let too many naysayers get away with their negative attitudes and lack of basic customer relations skills.

Your piece on the difficulty you obtaining an insulin for your dog was very interesting because it showed two approaches toward problem sloving. The lady vendor looks reactive while you are proactive. Both set are needed to make our world work. Perhaps the girl never wanted self medication. Cheers

I want to salut the honesty and courage which transpired into the comments that you left. It shows your indebt understanding of the situation of the African continent.
