muser, I think you are right, but I have faith in the variety of learning
modes. I think children can learn by example, not alon of the teachers, but from one to the other. Thanks for reading.

You are a thinker kingmi, and a man with a heart and a conscience. I have
also done what you have, but I am not so optimistic as you. There are too many groups...the ACLU comes to mind as a prime example... that are trying to change the mindset...the very heart and soul of our country...and take it in other directions. It is going to be difficult for school children to learn the concept of " love one another" when the very foundations for such a concept, The Ten Commandments for example, are under attack, and are slowly but surely being removed from the government domain which includes our public schools. It is difficult to teach "love one another" just because...
