Fer sure mihail, poor people can only afford to see the doctor once a year,
have every blood and urine, etc. test that they can afford, that one time only and then pray that it all comes back fine, as they cannot afford any necessary cure. I know this to be true.

The other side of this story...

is what happened to me.

Illinois is one of the states that requires periodic physicals for students - upon entrance into preschool, kindergarten, fifth grade, freshman year of high school (which is actually 9th grade, when many junior-highs graduate students in other states), and freshman year of college. Had I not needed that freshman college physical to get into college, I wouldn't be alive today; kidney disease is silent (symptom-free) until your biochemistry gets so out of whack from the toxins in your system that you need immediate dialysis or you die. Exceptions include severe kidney infections and kidney disease brought on suddenly by accidents, but for chronic cases like mine, they are often discovered by accident as part of the annual physical. So are some forms of leukemia - the doc does a CBC and discovers an extremely elevated white-cell count, does some more tests, and discovers a chronic leukemia, all because the patient presented for an annual physical while free of symptoms.

I'd strongly suggest doing some more research on this topic.
