That little voice
found it's audience, I guess!  It had a lot more to "say".  I just talked to a woman whose husband left her after 20 some years because she was newly dxed with PD and she married a man she'd known before and she said he's the best thing that ever happened.  So you just never know.  My husband wasn't sure if he could go on taking care of me and I kept warning Mike about what hitching up with me might mean and he would get hurt, as if he hadn't helped me enough or proved himslf and at tha time, he was heads and tails above my husband.   But our paths led to he altar and that was a dead end.  We had to re-turn to our 1st marriages and fully re-join with the one the 'Little Voice' had joined as one years before.
(My answers could be blogs unto themselves!) Sorry!

LOL!
You just evoked a zillion thoughts about how Mike went through the process of listening to the little voice; he used to fight with it! But that is blogger fodder for another day.

And
some times our 'little voice' isn't so 'little' and the kick in the butt isn't from a 'little foot' either

I agree...the little voice is there for a reason.
