Thank for your comment. I don't know whether my reply will be of any actuality now for it is an age that you left your comment and I could not reply. For that reason I wish first to present my apologies. America does not want to parent that world and that was not what I afraid I presented. I just wanted to point out that, contrary to what a very militant section of people claim or claiming , America is a good for the world and is helping a lot and needs to be acknowledged and praised and not vilified. Those countries you mentioned need not be invaded by America because they a state today because of America not the contrary. On this, thanks alot and God Bless.
