Lol Whacky....

I HATE cold scrambled eggs!!  I'm not very good at cooking them, anyway.  Great post...Made me laugh.

BTW...I got your email yesterday.  You're welcome, my friend.  God bless.

I know what you mean. I had a guest who delayed breakfast by half hour. I warmed up her breakfast 4 times!

One of the easiest ways to make a good omelet is in the microwave.
It takes only 2 or 3 minutes on high setting.

Whacky
I enjoy hot scrambled eggs and many times I throw in some leftover vegtables with them. But I have eaten them cold and liked them but still prefer Hot!

Whacky, I have been travelling and eating hot eggs on the road at
various anad sundry restaurants. What a good way to start the day. Come and cook for me, I never cook them for myself, though I have been known to scramble up some very old eggs for the dogs, rather than feeding them to them raw all of the time. They like them hot, too.

I had eggs this morning
It's easier when it's just yourself.  But you're right, microwaving does some unholy things to food.

Not much of an egg person here.   You would not believe how long a dozen eggs sits in my fridge.

This is one of the reasons I haven't had
scrambled eggs in years. That and the propensity I have to forget they're on the stove. Chargrilled scrambled eggs taste worse than cold ones. Stress? I think maybe burning them is another sign.
