I agree with you guys...
I admire Kobe, but he has a big character defect that he has to work on better than his drives and dunks.

Ego Issues
He has the skills, yet in my opinion is selfish and self centered. These character flaws make it more about him and not about the "team".

Kobe is good.
But he is a ball player contaminated by Hubris. If I was a manager, I wouldn't touch him with a ten-foot barge pole. He's too busy trying to prove he's one of the greats (which he undoubtedly is, and it would show whether or not he tried so hard to prove it) to steadily win games.
