It might be easier when only oneself is involved. When others are on board the same ship, the challenges are too much.

I'm usually the storm-tossed one, now I've come to a safe harbor, I'm reluctant to want to be tossed around agail. I'll go back and check your links and read more, now I'm browsing quickly.

I am learning very slowly to be a methodical
plodder in times of trouble. I used to over react and the such like.
Yes it is good to be there for family and friends, and even nicer once things start to settle peacefully.

I have read your story, in similar situations I try to be an anchor, my relatives and friends say that I am quite good at it. I don't panic, I simply think very quickly and help...if possible. And you???
