I like photos..
...but I don't really think twice about whether someone has one posted or not.

To be honest i dont feel it matters either way and it does come down to what you personally feel comfortable with.

I waited for a year and a half before I posted a picture of myself.
Then I did it because I had because such good friends with people, and people had been such a great support, I finally wanted to come "out of hiding.." which is what it was to me.  I write what I do here because I have a hard time being vulnerable in real life (that's how it started, my first blog)...so that was the next step.  It's all a personal choice.  Blackcat doesn't have a pic up and look how well she does. :)

I like the photos that people include in blogs but I don't need to see their photos. I recall once seeing a photo which so difference from the image that it was a let down although I never let on

Food4thought
I have a picture up. Not sure why, but I had one I liked on the puter so I put it up on my profile. Does it make a difference? No clue. I suppose if you like to see pictures of the bloggers whose work interests you then you can assume they would like to see a picture of you in return. If it doesn't matter to you what they look like then don't put up a pic.
