Questions, questions, all important and well-stated. These miners have no rights and never have. How strong can a union be that is constrained by necessity to work and survive? The cruelest thing was when the men were first reported okay, then, no, they were all dead. What the hell?! What's the government doing--Federal and State of West Virginia, to make sure this never happens again? Probably the least they can get away with. It's very very sad and reprehensible. Thanks for your compassionate opinion.
