Oh my.....
Such support is so helpful, really it is!  Thank you, kind sir!  I often marvel at how I am in the middle of many medical miracles, just when I need them, too.  One of my favorite television shows is "House," where they to TV medical miracles.  I cry over those, too.   I am happy to report I just underwent a CT/PET Scan of my lungs and liver (looking for cancer) and then sonograms of both breasts, rechecking suspicious areas, and all of them reported negative.  Next check in oncology is March!!  The bone density scan did show I have lost bone density in my spine from the anti-cancer drug (robbing Peter to pay Paul) so I need to get back to Curves to diet and exercise the holiday ham off my body~~~ Work those weight machines! With Parkinson's making my balance questionable, I don't want to fall and break my back!  But I will keep smiling, see if I don't!!!!!!

What a courage.
Dear C... Be strong and face it frontal. Stay close to the doctors and follow them religiously. Are we not lucky to be in the age where medicine has advanced. It's hard to think that the soldiers of WW1 does not even have antibiotics or pennicilin.. May all the luck and good tidings be with you.. regards.. Prof.

Wow, what a story. I think that woman who share these stories--
such as yourself--serve as a beacon to the rest of us.  First, you detail an all-too-common illness so that, should we experience it, we have your experiences to guide us a little more gently down an already rough trail.  Second, to allow such an insight into your thoughts and feelings is such a priveledge.  You tell your story well.  Thanks for sharing it.
