My friend had a 1984 YZ... something. I had fun on that. Of course our other friend ran it into a large hedge which nearly broke us all with laughter.

Well, in college, the laws of physics don't apply. So, I had beginner's luck. The second time, was at my cousin's. His 11 or 12 year old son was giving me lessons. Staying upright was enough for me!

The beach! Sand is one of the hardest surfaces there is, as far as balance and things go.

I've ridden a dirt bike twice, once on a beach. It was thrill just to be able to shift into 2nd gear!
