Good point,
more grist for the thought mill, about future activities.  I may be more cut out to be a poetry counselor.

I work in a hospital and a rehab

as a paid worker - but - much of the time I work alongside others as a volunteer so that I am not all wrapped up and tied up in red tape and strings attached and stuff like that!

hehehe     thanks for reading.

You will find the way that is best for you.

BrisbaneArtist,
I followed your link in Annie's story to the outside blog, read up on her history, and it brings me back to some hard places as well.  You have so much courage.  God be with you, with us all, in recovery.  I am not going to become a "social worker", I went to orientation, and realized that I cannot go back into that environment, even wearing "the badge" (which I dreamt of) of authority.  The badge Idreamed of replaced the cross that had fallen off my key chain.  I will follow the cross, instead of the badge, to where the spirit takes me.  Be strong.
