Hope you are well, iin good spirirts and writing prolifically
For me it helps to visualise the actions and the body language in the scene and sometimes a rhythm just works its way in and the talk flows

Going to something else for awhile and letting your unconscious go to work on the problem sometimes works for me. Something will come swimming up and I'll be running to the computer to capture it fresh.

Very true,
voicing/writing the problem often leads to a solution. I have problem in that the idea sounds so great in my head but I battle to get it onto paper. It only works out several drafts later.
