Thanks, Anthony
That's pretty much what I'm doing, not coloring it, but the supplements help recolor naturally by correcting underlying conditions that cause problems.

Bao Shi and Melancor have a history of regrowing and recoloring hair.

If nothing else, the ride getting there is fun.  It's cool having 3 color hair!

Ahhhh, just let your beautiful white or grey hair show luv, I'll betcha it's smashing. Aging is really cool if one just accepts luv.

LaylaBeth,
Tell her about the Femi-Yin.  I don't know what I would have done without it.

I've heard people say they stay cold constantly, but I've never had that problem.  I'm not sure which one would be worse, cold or hot!

My mom gets terrible hot flashes,
and so far hardly anything is working for her.  But I'm so COLD all the time--I just should be able to put my hands on her to fix that problem, lol!!!  ~LB~ xo :-)

MissJohn,
Do keep the supplements in mind.  My opinion is that it's better to start on something safe like this a bit early, or at least at the first sign of trouble, than to wait.

I waited; BIG mistake!  The flashes are best eliminated when they're not as set in, and those hormones need to be rebalanced so other problems won't hit you.

Good blog!
I'm only 33 but I know that it's only a matter of time. So it's good to learn about what works on hot flashes.

Tiel,
I forgot something important.  If you or anyone else buys the Melancor, Google search for a better price.  The Melancor Company sells for about $50 a bottle for one month's supply, but a search will bring up companies and you should be able to get it for $25 to $30 per bottle elsewhere.

Tiel,
Would've been nice if they'd sent me a big supply, but hey, being a writer, I'm happy to see my name anywhere in print!

With all the supplements available today, there might actually be something out there for the sagging face muscles.  New stuff comes out all the time now.

Thank God, we're coming out of the dark ages.

Don't you just love these emoticons in the comments sections?  What fun!

Well, THANKS for sharing all that good stuff!  I've made notes!!!  Now, if those people used your testiomonial as part of their pitch,  they should have sent you a case of the stuff, or a bottle or two at least!  If you run across anything for sagging facial muscles, PLEASE POST!!

Timmytales,
I don't know.  Why don't you e-mail the company and ask them?  LOL!

Quirkyalone,
That Femi-Yin is a Godsend.  I never found a more effective remedy than that stuff.  The down side is the price and that it has to be taken on an empty stomach, but it's worth it.

I was too chicken NOT to use the hair enhancements!  I was afraid I might end up BALD over the hair loss!

Does this company have anything for cravings? I've been craving something in a muscle car and something young and hot

songbird--

that's very interesting about the hair color remedy...but I'm too chicken to try it plus I don't like my original haircolor, lol...

I went through menopause at 39 to 41, so I can relate to what you wrote...it totally sucked and I nearly thought I was losing my mind!
