I myself have been careless upon stepping out into the road. I think one of the bigger dangers is for bicyclists. I have seen too many car vs. bicycle collisions. You know who loses. Thanks for reading and commenting.

Yes, I have had the same thing happen me self. I think it is something in the way of traffic is flowing when it comes to the freeway. It is like sensing something subtle, yet undefinable.

Mysteria, I have had car journeys where several people start to step out on to the road oblivious to the traffic and I dread the prospect of hitting one. Even if it was not your fault it would be a terrible burden to carry to have hit a child on the road.

I have never experienced anything like that...
But I usually find myself slowing down for no apparent reason when, presto, a cop appears.
