Another big thank you.The search or quest for single scapegoats are now the norm in International crisis managment,hence it always fails. Look at the balkans, if the US leaves, civil wars starts the same day. While they have all ruled that Milosovic was the cause.Once again thank you.

A million thanks for your support. Since this article was written, the second rounds of Liberia's presidential elections were held and Ellen Johnson Sir-leaf won.
