I don't want you to think I am challenging you personally...It's just the "Republicans are cutting" line is used so often, we'd like to know what the specifics are.......

I've seen several stories about it in the Washington Post
I'm pretty sure they're talking about actual cuts.

Actually,
I doubt if any of them are Americans yet...being a legal immigrant doesn't automatically mean they have achieved citizen status.
Would it be possible to see an article or site that shows the cuts you are talking about? A reduction of an increase is not a cut...so it would be nice to see some info.........
