Glad to see you are getting exercise. I exercise off and on throughout most days and I find it makes me feel better. I also have trouble with my neck and back and........hahaha The list goes on.
I have pinched nerves in my neck. Range of motion exercises help me tremendously.
Have a great day and I'll catch ya later.

Hi BA
Work out your arms whilst iondulging in a nice glass of wine. (REd is heavier than white). Just ensure that you have two glasses so you can exercis each arm.
Seriously now, have you ever thought of doing Yoga or Pilates. They're bth fairly gentle and excellent for muscle tone. (Not that I have much of that but that's c'cos I seldom exercise.)

I will send you many, many positive thoughts to help bolster your resolution to get rid of the dreaded flabby upper arms. Perhaps you will be the one person who actually follows thru and uses the dumbells for exercise instead of doorstops. Seriously, I'm glad to hear your neck and back are settling down.
