Being mighty slow on the uptake sometimes,
it took me a little while to figure this one out.

Now that I got it, I'm sitting here laughing my ass off.

Funny, funny, stuff, and you're right -- those who need the message to soak in will never get it. Oh well...

RckyMtnActivist - it is not necessarily a bad thing to block someone
It all depends on the whys and wherefors. I've been blocked twice just because of my own blog content by people that I had rarely ever commented on. I am completely confident that it was not due to my commenting behaviour, which has for the most part stayed civil. These two blockings were immaterial to me, I will respect their wishes, end of story. I have also been blocked by someone who wanted to voice their opinion of me while not letting me respond. (that's the only one that annoyed me). I've blocked a few religious loonies who could simply not behave, allowing some to return if they learn some manners.

Gome.....
I guess I did the bad thing - I have blocked 2 people! I just posted something in opinions on what I think about blocking.  You might find it interesting, or not. Ha ha

Ariala -- I know what you mean
My words are a bit on the cruel side. We shouldn't be laughing at such cruelty.

blackcat30 -- isn't that always the case?

It takes a certain level of obtuseness to put forth the original notions that propigate this type of response. So it becomes a catch 22. You find yourself responding to a person who will never get it. If they in fact were capable of getting it, they wouldn't have put forth their obtuse notions in the first place.

Gomey
You made me laugh more than I probably should have laughed.

RckyMtnActivist -- the church lady was one of my favourite Dana Carvey
characters, and if you can imagine; I see a number of parrallels between her contrived thinking and that of the subject here. The sad part is that one was a humorous characature, fabricated to entertain, while the other is an individual lost in their own obtuseness.

LOL... you made some really good points in here, underneath the
humor.  It's too bad the message won't be really heard by those that need it most.

avant-garde -- now you have me chuckling to myself
...but it is time to move on. I think I've leached all of the blogging life that I can out of this nonsense.

gome....
You are sooo funny.  Now I need to know who this a--hole is. You also made the statement, "isn't that special", I think I found your true identity...your the church lady! LOL Have a great day!

There is a hint of comparison going on, but to what I'm confused.
