Flightpath, I wonder how many bazillion different diets creative thinking humans have thought up. I'm not surprised you hadn't come across this one yet.

Jane'sOpinion- What a unique weight-loss program! At least it worked for some. I'm not overweight but read health magazines full of weight-loss ideas; but have not seen this one.

It's complicated by the fact that I'm usually grocery shopping with a very carnivorous guy! So, we get pork chops, ribs, steaks, etc. plus Mountain Dew, and potato chips. We both have to get on the wagon together. LOL.

Blanche, I guess it's good to know these things (and your weakness) before going shopping and piling up your grocery cart with your fav junk foods, eh?
For myself, I have found that, in general, I am able to satisfy my craving and then stop -- 90% of the time. Not sure if that's an adequate percentage to be successful on such a diet.

Taps, you've got a good point. I think I'd probably do well on that diet since I tend to have cravings which I can satisfy and then walk away. And although I keep healthy things available, when the cravings hit will go about scavenging for that ONE MEASLY M&M or ____ and be bent out of shape when I cannot find it.

Nor can I. I am a muncher. It's my downfall. I'm probably 35 pounds overweight, but I wonder how Mr. Hawks got 50 lb. overweight to begin with?

JanesOpinion, I don't know if that would work for me or not. I'm one of those who can't stop with just one____. If it is there in sight, I'm going to eat it. So, I try to keep healthy stuff in sight.
