Comments on Republicans: The Culture of Corruption

Thanks, Jane and Scoop, for catching the difference!

Not that all are crooks, as Rocky said, but that there are crooks on both sides. Hence the perversity and the danger (to the Democrats) of the Democrats trying to make an issue of it.

Oh, I forgot a couple:

  • Whining Harry Reid using his position for all kinds of family-friendly influence peddling back home.
  • Various congressional Democrats being allowed to alter their travel records to avoid being investigated like DeLay (or Frist? Senior Moment!  ) was for improper documentation of travel.

The list demonstrates that EACH OF US, no matter what political persuasion, is so very capable of corruption. It should make us examine our hearts, examine our own motivations and (in my humble opinion) rely on God to keep our ways pure.

Writer.....
Thank you so much with these counter-points....the selective memory of the LIBDems make me wonder if they're all in the early stages of Alzheimer's.   The pathway into the culture of corruption is a two-lane street.
