What a great thing to do for that man, as well as all the others you've helped. While probably uplifting, I imagine that hospice work must be extremely difficult as well. Not everyone could do it. Thankfully some can.

Perhaps...
Larry's last flight was like my Dad's last trip to the lake cabin he built. Mom said he seemed unusually attentive, looking at all the mountians and scenery like he knew it was his last chance to see it. You are to be roundly congratulated on a job well done.
