                it is the more subtle elements that contribute to growth. The central viral command and the condemnation of all non adherants are good ones.  But there is no disputing that subscription critical mass is much easier to attain when you have the government working with you.

                From Tertullian to Louis VIII to Torquemada to Pope Paul III and his “Sacra Congregatio Romanae et universalis Inquisitionis seu sancti officii” they have just had better PR. That is why it lasts. Hell, a good slogan is catchy!
