You're welcome, my friend.   It was a MAJOR lesson for me, too...it's amazing that we've got to do it physically...that it takes the "effort" in the physical world for us to finally realize that's what we're here for and to be able to grow spiritually.  And that there's nothing BUT the present moment, the here & NOW.

Thank you very much for your kind words.  You aren't aware of it, but I DO read you alot (even though I don't leave comments...sorry about that...Your posts are so well written...doesn't leave much for me to comment on.)  Anyway - it took me a while to finally learn that it's truly about the here & NOW...as well as learning the point - to learn MY lessons so that I can move to the next lesson(s) & then assist when folks as for help.

This has been a major lesson for me. I use to dream of disappearing- I mean walking away from society and not coming back. I lived alone, without kids, had a great job, was nominated twice for paramedic of the year-but I was very disillusioned.

Meeting my wife and creating a family has been the best experience of my life. I have learned so much about myself, that would have never happened otherwise.

Your words hit a special place in my heart. Thank you.

Wow! Great, powerful post.
I do agree with you, much of my writing is an attempt to realize the Spirit in our everyday, mundane lives. The kingdom of heaven is in the Now. Thanks for this affirmation, raven.
