I'm not so sure about "I am"
Existence itself is a desire. Desire conditions what you are. Occupation figures in the identity in our society as a precondition of conversation, communion. Desire shapes your occupation. I am can never stand on its own because a tremendous ongoing violence produces the "I" from a "We." To begin the phrase "I am," you first need an "I," an I-dentity, an Id-entity that desires. Else loneliness could not possibly exist within the body that is also a community.
Just some thoughts.

I want comes from a place of lack
I am comes from faith.

avant, I used to spend lots of time near a fast moving stream...I'd
throw sticks in...those that went with the natural flow of the river took a beautiful ride in the waters...those that got caught hard against the rocks, were like people who refused to go with the natural flow of life. The resistance worked against them, not with them...anyway, your post reminded me of that. Good piece!
