I don't think she is; she's mentioned before that her dad's an electrician or whatnot. I'm actually the one from a military family--two cousins, both parents, two grandpas, and an uncle of mine are all vets or currently in the military. I think Sam just likes hearing herself yell. LOL.

Is Seargent Sam from a military family? It sounds like she got early childhood training. I was friend with a woman whose father was a drill sergeant who treated his kids like recruits. It showed in her personality.
