Since we have not changed anything recently related to the signing in process, would you please confirm that your cookie settings haven't gotten changed by mistake? To remain signed in your browser "cookies" need to be enabled.

For example, to reset your cookie options in Internet Explorer, go to Tools and choose Internet Options, then click the Privacy tab. Click "Default".

Please restart your computer once you have done this and let us know if you still continue to see this problem. Please include your operating system and browser name and version etc.
