It is shameful that a country as rich as America so neglects its poor. I't a bit like the British empire allover again, for at the heart of that lay a festering mass of poverty and degradation.

Hmmmmmmm.
Since a lot of people have to ride the bus......should we give them a car? To make it easier on them?
There's way too much being given now...the quality of health care would go down very quickly with a nationalized Health Care system. Look at Canada. Why do so many that can afford it come down here for better care?
