Glenn, I answered this comment already . . .
. . . not because I knew you were going to write it, but because you posted the exact same comment on another posting. It was wrong there, too. ARF!!

WriterofLight,
You are a well trained pooch! No other nation with the same intelligence decided to invade Iraq without unanimous concensus! Bush did, he was wrong! America was wrong! My objection to America's policy on Iraq goes back probably farther than you are old! So I am not impressed by your ignorance of "real" fact!

Thank you, Corbin, Pooch, Xenox, Jane and Glenn!
Pooch, thanks for the chuckle. Truthfully, I don't consider many of the Democrats to be out and out idiots, but rather examples of how intelligence and common sense don't necessarily coexist in the same brain.
Xenox, comment noticed and appreciated. I shall endeavor to make my writing even more precise, clear, persuasive and incisive, in hopes of banishing the fog of liberalism. What I do love is skewering and lampooning the nonsense created by the woeful lack of common sense on the left. I will gladly turn up the pressure even more to make you happy, my good reader. Come to the light, master Xenox, the fog is clearing . . .
Jane, no backstabbing going no here, these good people are right out there and up front about it. A rare glimmer of rationality once in a while, but the rest only serves to demonstrate the point I made a long time ago that the left usually reacts with emotion rather than reason. I freely admit to doing the same when I get honked off enough by some new assault on common sense and decency, but I at least try to back it up with evidence.
Glenn, you misstate the President. The mistake was the same that intelligence agencies around the world made concerning WMDs. Invading Iraq was not a mistake, nor has Bush ever said so. I have recited elsewhere what Saddam did towards America, go look it up. Absolutely right about them forming their own government, but how do you propose that they do it under a totalitarian dictator? And you are the next recipient of the WOL Challenge: I challenge you to go to Iraq and tell our servicemen and the free people of Iraq that it was for nothing, and if you can't do it physically than make every other effort to communicate your "thoughts" to them who fought the battle and reaped the benefits.

JanesOpinion,
Did you notice the three fingers pointing back at you?? What happened to "The Buck Stops Here"? ENRON, TYCO, Freddie MAC, The Presidency of the United States...! It happened on my watch?? I made a big mistake invading Iraq they did nothing to America?? They have a right to form their own government absent American interference (even though Bush didn't like it, maybe they can form another one without America)!
Seems too logical to me! But we do have all this carnage for nothing!

Half truths and foggy statements? Where do these people come off making such statements? Just because they don't like what you've written, and don't like facing up to the truth, they therefore feel they can make these baseless accusations? Do you see them defending the other side with any degree of integrity or rationale?
Hello, but I get so danged irked with the mind numbing back stabbing ploys of the people on the left who have nothing to offer and instead spend their time whining and bellyaching.
(OK, thanks, I feel much better now that I've gotten that off my chest . . . for the moment at least. And by the way, Writer, as usual, great post!)
