Thanks for reading!

Pooch, your tongue is so far into your cheek you look like you're gathering up nuts for the winter. Lots of them on the far left! Odd you think conservatives have to rely on Rush to tell them what to think, since so many liberals give the impression of relying on the former mainstream news media for their ideas.

Glenn, read it again. You're a bright guy, you'll see the point.

Mystic, thanks for mentioning California. I'm not entirely up to speed on the ballot issues there, but I understand that a couple of of them were similar in concept to these Ohio issues, but were designed to help the Republicans. They too were voted down. The major difference beyond party support is that they were legitimately offered to California voters by Californians, rather than being forced upon them by out of state interests. As for similarites, I will say this: If the California issues were taking responsibility for reapportionment and oversight of elections out of the hands of elected officials and giving it to unelected appointees, then they deserved to be voted down.

I don't see what the alleged cuts in school lunches has to do with any of this, but since you brought it up, here's the link to my disucssion on October 31 of this issue, over on my Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness page: http://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/WriterofLight1342/

You somehow failed to mention California ....
or the fact that the House leadership was forced to postpone a vote on budget cutting because moderate Republicans couldn't stomache cuts to food stamps and kids nutrition programs after Tuesday's vote.

WriterofLight,
I fail to see a point in this posting??? America is in very capable hands under this Demo-Repuke state it is in! And who cares? Aas long as they print the money all is well! Does not bode well for the trees though (wish I knew what the ink is derived from)!

You are right
those commie loving libs can't spin anywhere near as good as us clean living neo-cons. Besides, even if we can't think of anything, Rush tells us what to think.
