Yeah, Writer, makes a whole heck of a lot of sense, eh?  And I heard a commentator on Fox say she thought the 9th circuit judges were very intelligent and filled with integrity.  Ahem.  I would beg to differ . . . . .

These clowns also legalized filing false reports against the police!
The California law that was passed post-Rodney King to specifically criminalize the filing of knowingly false accusations against the police was struck down as an infringement of free speech . . . because it did not also criminalize filing of knowingly false reports in the favor of the police. Sheesh!!

JanesOpinion,
There is no end to what the government will do to usurp the rights of citizens. It is so against what the constitution was meant to do. More and more our rights are taken away using poor excuses like terrorism. Yes, terrorism is a threat but the government is also using it as an excuse to invade our privacy. I could go on and on but that would be a blog. Anyway, you did a great job on this post and others I have read. I like reading your stuff.

Yes, Justsouno, I agree!
And Fox News talked about it last night, and mentioned that parents did sign a consent form to be a part of this study, but were not told what the questions would be!!!  Those damned, devious researchers and school officials knew they were in the wrong but did it nonetheless.

This is absurd I am thinking of my little 6 year old grandson. I would want to pull a hair if someone asked him such things. He is certainly too little to even be involved in any sexual questioning except from of his parents, certainly not another adult.

Corbin, that makes excellent sense.  Perhaps we can get some sanity onto that court!

Thank heavens there is a proposal in the House to split the 9th district in half....with the creation of a new district.  Then, the two districts would be filled in with new appointments by GW.......one way to neuter the situation.

You've said it quite well. Liberal judicial activism goes against all that we stand for in a constitutional democracy!

Yeah, Taps it's frightening.  I'm hoping this is YET ANOTHER ruling that will be reversed by a higher court.  The 9th Circuit seems to be developing a perverse sort of pleasure in doing what they can to ruin this country and its children.

Thanks for stopping by!

JanesOpinion, I also am appalled.  What has happened to the innocence of our little children?
