Howard and company? Could be Howard and his boys are using the
"national security" and "terrorist threat" angle to get their legislation passed. Dastardly, dispicable, under-handed and totally possible. But let's hope not. Let's also hope that, if the threat is real, nothing comes of it or it's thwarted.
