Jo, yes it is amazing.....
Sometimes I read stuff and only on the nth go round do I realize that I've put in the wrong word of that it doesn's say what I think it said.

Malcolm, just when I was wondering where'd you'd gone to....
My least favourite job is being an emotional punching bag. I agree that there is nothing for it but to stop people in their tracks. You can be sure that if this comes up again - and it will - it will be dealt with.

I often find that
people take out their frustration on me because they're not brave/strong/sensible enough to tackle the real problems or obstacles. Unfortunately, I think some of us are just good listeners which can be misinterpreted as good proxy servers. I think you do the right thing by tackling things directly. Stay with it.
