I love South Bank and so plan to take pictures as well.

Hi Jo, It's a good way to fit that exercise in! I have a friend who walks with a neighbor and walks one of her dogs. She got into the habit, and now does it regularly. |

Well we went and
we got some good camera shots too.
I guess I'll do the same tonight down at South bank and see if I feel good.
I have defintely stuck to the diet plan today!!
