I comlpetely agree stay away from GM even though you might see a huge dividend but that is the next thing to take a hit. I believe that you made the right choice by getting out of this one.
As a side thought LOOK OUT for GMCR today I think they are going to fly.

The author is Doron Levin, and it's about Iacocca and the way he handled Chrysler. Iacocca's autobiography was entirely different.

I got rid of GM a few weeks ago. I think it was a wise decision with the price of gas, and the state of the American Auto Industry. A good look at the American Auto Industry is "Behind the Wheel at Chrysler", by Lee Iacocca. Totally turned me off to buying American Auto stocks.
