Thanks for reading!

Ten points for fwmystic!  That's precisely the problem! He failed to take decisive action. I will grant you that, on this, George H. W. Bush was no better, he should have sent the Army straight to Baghdad instead of stopping where he did. But you beg the question: Was Bubba lying when he warned of WMDs in Iraq? Or was Bush merely working from false evidence?

scoop, the wheels were off this wagon for Clinton, the UN, the British and everyone else who took Iraqi WMDs as stated fact.

And ten points for Corbin as well, good call.

straightforward, well said. Add the Post to the wheel-less wagon. Also the New York Times and who knows how many other media outlets.

scoop (again). I'm flattered that you find me worth quoting. Nice try, but there's a distinction you miss. News reporting is one thing, op/ed columns are another. The problem with the news media in general is the editorializing of the news. That's where I don't trust the media. Op/eds I can agree or disagree with. And I think you'll find that I have no qualms about citing the Post or any other media outlet either way to document the points I'm making one way or another. You do that so well yourself.

See this is the funny part. In one of your other blogs your write,

"But the news media says it's more important to report on smears of the Bush administration."

But when the Washington Post has a column in your favor and something you believe you want everyone to read and believe it.

Why are we supposed to believe all that's written in the Washington Post?

And Clinton also didn't have the ca hones to nab OBL when he had the chance......we were too busy deciding whether it was a legal or terror issue.  We were hit what 3-4 times by this bunch under Clinton and the best he could do was lob a couple of cruise missiles at an aspirin factory?  Give me a break.....Denial...Denial...Denial......

I don't think Bush did it intentionally, he was given bad information
by all the idiots he is surrounded by, the ones that he trusted that have dragged him down the last four years. Now the wheel are coming off and maybe we will get some truth soon.

In case it is not obvious to you ...
Clinton never led the country into war based on WMD, or WMD related programs, or flase evidence of WMD. Justsouno.
