BSBA? Oh, now you actually said something witty enough
to make me laugh out loud.  If only that could save him.  His approval rating is like what, -35%?  lol

Heard of the movie
"Wag the Dog" ? - The government starts a staged war to distract the public's attention from maladministration. Maybe that's what the story is here to.

Prisondairy,
Thanks for the visit! Failing is a little strong but I can live with that wording. But societies now are run by the vilest of humanity trying to see how far they can push! We will not like the outcome but we will have to face it.

DamonLeigh,
That is a "high" number! But, the FCC gave away the store. We have to live with that reality and find solutions. Thanks for the read!

OFFBEATS,
Sad! But I know, you tell me every chance you get! I do not mean to get personal and forgive me if I am out of line! But, do you have a person in your life to discuss this insanity with?

Real picture there, seems we are failing ourselves...

And Damonleigh that was a startling revelation 82% of media owned by just five people...omg...

I Feel...
...your pain, glennb.

The reason the media is so compliant is that media is an arm of big business, and Bush is a big business lacky. He pushes through corporate-friendly legislation and actions - Clear Skies (Big Oil), the Iraq invasion (Big Oil, Halliburton and others), the rape of the Arctic Reserve (Big Oil again - is there a pattern here??) - and the corporates do what they can to prop him up.

The media have a key role in this.

BTW, did you know that around 82% of the worlds media is owned by just five wealthy white guys? THAT'S whose agenda you're reading / watching / hearing, and it has very little to do with the real world.

D
