Go to God as The Universe as an Organism

- Go to SCIENCE VS. RELIGION -- HARDLY!!!
it depends upon what one experieinces
whether one perceives a "spiritual" aspect to the human condition.
Certain events can convince people (I am one of them) that something outside of the mundane experieince does indeed exist.
What is it? The best of us has discovered less than 1%, I think of what is within the immediate vicinity.
I only know what I have experienced. And I have experienced certain things outside of the five material senses.
The main stumbling block to spiritual awareness is persisting in believing archaic and outdated perceptions of what we are about.
Science discovers the Universe, thus it discovers more and more of what God (YHVH, or ALL EXISTENCE) really is.
When Religion is the perception of humans from ages past, then it wil not discover this YHVH; however, when it allows science to widen its perceptions, then it leads humans toward a discovery of Existence that will help rather than harm and hinder.

I am intrigued. I firmly believe in humans having a spiritual element in their make up, do you other atheists/agnostics in here believe that that is so?
I mean a spirit that is integral to human nature ; not some divine implant.

Hmmmmmm
I like the word Spitiual...instead of religion.
Spirituality allows for a gentleness when talking of what is right and wrong.
That way people can stop trying to prove things

Kind of like
. . . using the right tool for the right job? Religion is good for determining non-physical things, such as ethics, personal relationships, handling grief, etc.
Science is the right tool for discovering and explaining our universe, without judgement.
